Michelle is a lifelong Saginaw resident and leader of the Lone Tree Council: a non-profit volunteer- run group dedicated to protecting the Michigan environment through action and education. It was a pleasure to talk with Michelle about the issues facing her city and county. I would like to note though that Michelle was not my sole contact for this interview; my other informant wishes to remain anonymous because of their affiliations with some of the parties connected to this issue.
